Universitas Bandar Lampung (UBL) Indonesia is pleased to invite prospective speakers to participate in The Fourth International Conference on Education and Language (4th ICEL) 2016. 4th ICEL 2016 is the premier forum for the presentations of new advances and research results in the fields of education and language. The International conference will bring together lecturers, teachers, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of education, language learning and teaching and to discuss the practical challenges and advancement encountered and the solution adopted. Topics, abstracts and papers for submission must be written in English and must be related to the following topics:

Only full research papers will be peer reviewed by the members of scientific committee and other independent reviewers and will be published in the edited conference proceedings in electronic format with ISSN number. Early submission is strongly advised. Abstract and full papers are submitted either to email: icel@ubl.ac.id or to www.artikel1.ubl.ac.id.
