The 4th ICEL provides opportunities for academicians, practitioners, researchers, undergraduate students and graduate students, scientists and all the interested individuals from a range of disciplines and countries to exchange ideas, share their research as well as to provide opportunities for academics to receive informal in-depth feedback through discussions and to enable them to establish contact with professionals in other countries and institutions.
